Meet Your Chef

As folks who frequent Savary know, it’s a special place not without the ‘occasional’ operational hurdle, especially when it comes to events. 

Thankfully, I have 20+ years of experience in the restaurant and culinary industry, travelling the world and working in unique settings such as hospices, food trucks, moving trains, and logistically unique places, just like Savary Island. 

I work closely with clients to understand their needs, using local ingredients and an expansive menu range to curate exceptional culinary events in this remote (strategically tricky) paradise.

There’s no better place to host a big event, such as a wedding or anniversary, than on Savary Island.   Though they aren't without challenges. Not only have I been visiting the island for 20+ years, but I also have experience catering weddings and other events on Savary islan.
